台灣TW黃金(AU)買賣，相關交易條件如下：

一、 貨品形狀、重量及成份：
黃金條塊，每一塊重量為 1公斤（KGs），(台銀五年內出廠之新金)含金純量為99.95%以上，以台銀或國際已認證品牌，可流通交易之黃金為買賣標的。
二、 交貨地點：台灣銀行總行。
三、 交易數量：第一次交易400公斤(一箱)，進場交易前雙方相互約定試單以1公斤初交，餘數量次日完成，爾後每次至少 400公斤，總交易量： 噸。
四、 進場流程：
買賣雙方（或代表）相約到台灣銀行，買方攜帶第一次交割數量(1KG)之資金證明(以台銀為主)或(現金、水單)及查詢同意書交賣方代表查詢，查詢確認後，賣方帶至台銀VIP室簽署正式合約、分流表，及相關文件交買方代表查詢，雙方簽署、查詢無誤後，賣方並協助買方當天以雷射檢驗機或買方自備驗金師及驗金槍儀器在銀行正常上下班時間內到下午三點前檢驗完畢，或直接更名換單（SKR），檢驗無誤後，買方需當場以 1.台銀支票、其他銀行支票、匯票或現金 2.台灣銀行指定帳戶付款完成當次交易。
五、 簽約方式：
買賣雙方代表先簽署本買賣合約書，雙方於約定時間、地點，買方攜帶第一次交割數量之資金證明，供賣方查驗無誤後立即到台灣銀行，同時賣方提供SKR貨品八大文件，經買方查驗無誤後，即刻辦理第一次交割。

六、 交易提貨付款條件：
1. 賣方實收黃金交易總價91 %，總折扣9 %分配如下：
買方淨折扣6 %。
居間及雙方作業人員費3 %，按如下分配：賣方 1.5 % (封閉)，買方代表 0.5 %，賣方仲介人員 0.5 %，買方仲介人員 0.5 %。
2. 買方同時支付交易貨品總價91 %及買賣雙方顧問費用3 %。
七、 檢驗：實際之交貨數量及含金純度，於交貨時買方得檢驗純度，由買方當場對貨品逐件依據雙方同意的驗貨程序及儀器來執行檢驗，（非破壞性檢驗)，並依據檢驗後之結果，分別計算實際之含金純度和其相對的交貨數量，作為買方支付貨款給賣方之依據，同時買方檢驗技術師隨即監督封存當日所交割的AU數量。
八、 買賣價格之計算標準：以台灣銀行前一日掛牌收盤買賣平均價為計價基準。
1.含金量在99.95%以上時：以台銀前一日掛牌收盤買賣平均價為計價基準。
2. 含金量在99.94%~99.90%時：依據上述之公定價格扣減0.5 %。
3. 含金量在99.89%~99.85%時：依據上述之公定價格扣減1.0 %。
4. 含金量在99.84%~99.80%時：依據上述之公定價格扣減1.5 %。
5. 含金量每差0.05%，價格則依據上述1.之公定價格順序扣減0.5 %。
※含金量低於99.90%買賣價格另議或自動解約。
九、 付款方式：
1. 交貨驗貨後，依據上述買賣價格計算標準分別對不同的含金量及其相對的數量及上述第八條計算標準來計算價款，合計後為總價款全部以新台幣支付。
2. 買方支付交易款項同時，依據合約同時按分流表以新台幣支付現金給所有仲介勞務人員。
3. 上述之交易須依照我中華民國國家法律之規章並受獲國家法律的保護。
十、 賣方保證其所銷售之黃金（AU）是合法持有的，每次交易皆須付有其黃金證明如下：
1.來源證明。 2.金單證明。
3.純度證明。 4.銀行或保全數量貨單。
5.所有權證明。 6.關稅證明(完稅證明於交易後三天內)。
7.交易許可證。 8.移動許可證。
十一、 雙方同意對本合約之黃金買賣，買方得以報稅（但勞務費，勞務團隊應提供相對所得金額發票給乙方報稅）。
十二、 本合約書內容之修改或補充，須以書面為之，並經雙方簽字人簽署後立即生效。

十三、 買賣雙方及仲介方，應受巴黎國際N.C.N.D保密條款之約束。
十四、 雙方對於任何在巴黎ICC不可抗力條款下所發生的過失，可免除責任。若有未盡事宜，悉依一般商業慣例，由雙方當面協商解決之。
十五、 本買賣發生爭執時，雙方同意以(台北)地方法院作為仲裁之法庭。
十六、 本合約乙式肆份，買方雙方及履約付款銀行各執壹份。
十七、 本合約含（附件一）有條款之佣金支付承諾書。
※備註：約定事項
1.進場交易前雙方代表相互約定日期並互驗AU文件及資金證明後，始正式
進場交易，初交 1 KG 。
2.當日初交易1公斤AU，買方備足現金新台幣： 元整一次交
付貨主，賣方收到貨款每公斤退新台幣2.5萬元，10公斤退新台幣25萬
元作為買賣雙方佣金，分配：買賣雙方各半（對切）後自行分配各方人員。
3.第二日繼續交易數量為399公斤，完成第一次交易數量400公斤，依合約
內容進行交易，滿400公斤依合約6+3盤計算折扣及佣金差額將補足。
4.正式進入台灣銀行簽約完畢，任一方違約，須賠償該次交易金額 2 %之違
約保證金（含第一次試單1公斤亦為本款罰則以400公斤計算），1 % 給
未違約方，1 % 給雙方代表及仲介，以保障無違約及雙方代表含仲介之權
益。

在此，雙方已同意上述所有條件內容，並經簽署生效。
