自製泰式奶茶
菊花到泰國自助旅行三次。每回造訪，我的必吃和伴手禮清單上，必定有一項「泰國奶茶」。在炎熱的泰國到處走馬看花，手上拿著那琥珀色，帶點煉乳甜甜的香氣的奶茶，是一種享受！
回國後，菊花總是念念不問那滋味。雖然，泰國的連鎖超市Big C有販售雀巢泰式奶茶即溶包。但是，對於舌尖敏銳的我而言，那味道就是不及格。
因此，去年年底的訪泰之旅，我給自己設定一個目標：找到泰式奶茶的新鮮茶葉，以及調配秘方。
透過當地友人牽線，筆者找到在曼谷地區，頗受曼谷人喜愛的泰國茶葉公司「手標泰式茶」，有網友將之暱稱為「大拇哥泰國茶」。手標泰式茶，除了在Terminal 21、Central Plaza 美食區設有櫃位外，The Emporium百貨公司的BTS站也有販售。

上述營業點，除了銷售現搖奶茶、咖啡等飲品，也有賣茶葉和濾網。罐裝茶葉，約可沖泡50杯350 c.c，售價為180泰銖。小的濾網購入價為20泰銖。

至於，正宗調配秘方：(380ml/杯，以下為2杯份量)
1. 茶葉/90 ml
2. 煉乳(含糖)/30ml
3. Half and Half 乳品/30ml或45ml
4. 冰塊/少許
步驟一：請用剛滾開的熱水沖泡茶葉。沖泡茶葉時，需要重複搖沖動作9回。此舉目的是為了提高茶的濃度。

步驟二：將上述比例的煉乳和Half and Half到入空杯
步驟三：加入搖沖9回的茶湯，充分均於攪拌後，放入少許冰塊，即完成！
註1：Half and Half乳品：一種一半鮮奶，一半奶油調製成的乳品。筆者實驗過Berkeley Farm和Horizon Organic，但我發現Berkeley Farm所沖泡出來的奶茶比較香濃滑口。
註2：Half and Half 乳品/30ml適合喜愛茶味重的朋友。
