3、职责

3.3财务部负责工伤人员的工伤认定鉴定工作及工伤保险管理工作；
3.4项目组负责其相关事故的调查与处理；
3.5事故发生单位对已经发生的事故和正在扩大的事态，要根据程序要求逐级报告，抢救伤员和财产并保护好现场。
3.6总经理负责组织相关人员对事故原因的分析和研究、对事故责任人的处理。
4.工作程序
4.1事故报告
4.1.1事故报告程序：现场负责人→公司主管部门→安全质量部→总经理→上级部门。
